CleanShotHQ LLC ("the Company", "we", "us") provides CleanShot Road Intelligence, a Windows desktop application and associated API services designed for OTR truck drivers. The service includes route weather data, hazard detection, Hours of Service (HOS) advisory, bridge height data, and parking information.

Data provided is for informational purposes only. The Service does not replace professional judgment, CDL knowledge, or safety training. Drivers remain responsible for making safe driving decisions independent of Service output.

By using CleanShot, you agree to: (1) provide accurate registration information; (2) not share your license key beyond the number of licenses in your plan; (3) not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software; (4) not use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (5) not attempt to access unauthorized systems or data.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are granted at Company discretion within 7 days of a renewal charge if the Service was unavailable for ≥48 continuous hours during the billing period.

Founding Member pricing is lifetime-locked for existing subscribers. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscriptions with 30 days notice.

We target ≥99% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party data providers (ATRI Road511, weather sources) or force majeure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLEANSHOTHQ LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of weather data, road conditions, or any other information provided.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Salem County, New Jersey.
